Prior to Laramar, Mr. Roan was Vice President of Creative Choice Homes where he was responsible for acquiring existing communities and new multifamily development throughout Florida. Mr. Roan's development experience with Creative Choice Homes ranged from LIHTC rental communities to waterfront mixed-use development. Prior to Creative Choice Homes, Mr. Roan was with MIG Realty Advisors, JPI and Altman Development. Mr. Roan has real estate experience throughout the United States with a concentration in Florida. During his career, Mr. Roan has identified, underwritten, and assisted in purchasing in excess of $1 billion of real estate. In addition, Mr. Roan is a Florida Real Estate Salesperson and a State Certified General Appraiser. Mr. Roan has a B.A. degree from the University of Florida.
