Mr. Sato joined Laramar after five years with United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR) in various financial leadership roles but most recently as Vice President of Finance. UDR is one of the largest and most highly regarded firms in the apartment industry. At UDR, Mr. Sato was primarily responsible for financial planning and analysis and balance sheet and strategy management. Prior to UDR, Mr. Sato worked for General Electric as a Senior Financial Analyst in their financial planning and analysis group. Mr. Sato has a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Regis University.
