Prior to joining Laramar, Mr. Campbell was with Archstone where he was responsible for acquisitions in California. Over a four year period with Archstone, Mr. Campbell sourced and participated in the acquisition of 32 apartment communities in Northern and Southern California, totaling over 9,000 units and nearly $2.4 billion of investments. Over half of these acquisitions were made off-market, many of which were principal-to-principal transactions. Prior to Archstone, Mr. Campbell was with RREEF/Deutsche Bank Real Estate in Southern California where he worked on a national portfolio of multi-family and commercial real estate. Mr. Campbell has also held positions with Sanford Bernstein and UBS Warburg. Mr. Campbell has a B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles where he graduated with summa cum laude honors, and has an M.B.A. in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
