Mr. Slad works closely with all team members including accounting, acquisitions, construction, operations and property management to help oversee a $1 billion multifamily real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Laramar, Mr. Slad worked at Imperial Realty Co. in Chicago where his responsibilities included asset management, financial analysis and project coordination. Mr. Slad has a B.A. degree and a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois. Mr. Slad also has an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Illinois.
