VP of Human Resources
Mr. Shaddock joined The Laramar Group in 2006 and is responsible for employee relations, recruiting, compensation, payroll, benefits and risk management. Mr. Shaddock joined Laramar after 10 years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with CSG Systems, an international company with over 2,500 employees in 22 countries specializing in Customer Care and Billing services for the telephone, cable and direct broadcast industries. Mr. Shaddock has held Director of Human Resources positions at United Technologies, Rockwell Corp, Marquest Medical Products Company and NBI. Mr. Shaddock has a B.S. degree in Industrial Technologies from SUCNY at Buffalo and an M.B.A. from SUNY at Binghamton.
